Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Morgan State University, a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities from The George Washington University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Paxton's journey has been one of dedication and empowerment.

Starting as a teacher, Paxton transitioned into advocacy and consulting for special education while simultaneously venturing into the realm of political consultancy. Since 2010, she has spearheaded Paxton Education Consulting, offering invaluable support to families in DC and Baltimore, ensuring students receive the assistance they need to thrive.
